Reginette con verdure

Oggi un bel piatto di pasta. Today, a nice plate of pasta.

Ingredienti / Ingredients:

  • 160 g di reginette / pasta (reginette)
  • cipollotto / onion
  • 1 carota / carrot
  • 1 zucchina / zucchini
  • olive / olives
  • pomodorini / tomatoes
  • basilico / basil
  • parmigiano Reggiano / parmesan
  • sale e pepe / salt and pepper
Preparazione / Preparation:
Lavate le verdure e tagliatele a dadini. Ai pomodorini aggiungete un po di basilico. Wash the vegetables and cut into cubes. For the tomatoes, add a little basil.
In una padella fate appassire tutte le verdure, prima il cipollotto, poi aggiungete la carota, poi la zucchina, poi le olive e per ultimi i pomodorini, con un filo di olio e un pizzico di sale e pepe. In a pan dry all vegetables,  first the onion, then add the carrot, then the zucchini, then the olives and the tomatoes last, with a little oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Intanto lessate al dente la pasta, scolatela e rovesciatela nella padella con le verdure. Unite il…

  1. I am all for Italian cooking, still trying to find that definitive Italian cookbook. However, it is such a varied cuisine, it’s impossible to find one that encompasses it all.
