This spring I harvested some delicious honey from my Buckfast bees. It is dark and full-bodied, with a hint of maple. A real old-fashioned honey.
I didn’t think I would have any left over to sell after I gave jars to friends and neighbors, plus saving enough for myself for cooking.
It turns out that I have 24 jars extra, so if there is anyone out there who wants to sample some of my English Cottage Garden Honey, drop me a line at ddelong@ddlconsulting.com for details.
It is packaged as shown in a lovely 5 ounce Bormioli Rocco heavy pressed-glass jar (reusable). It makes a wonderful gift!
